You may cancel anytime:

No partial refunds are given when cancelling mid-term.

By booking an online session, you agree to:

Ensure a responsible adult is available for safeguarding

Use the session for your household only

Provide notice if you need to cancel

We may cancel or reschedule sessions if required, e.g. due to illness or technical issues.
Refunds or credits will be handled case-by-case.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
